3. General Refund Conditions

We offer refunds under specific circumstances to ensure fairness and transparency:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment for the service, unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.
  • If approved you will be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are not applicable once the project has reached a milestone where significant work has been completed (e.g., delivery of initial designs, website frameworks, or marketing campaigns).
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@sparkify.tech, including your order details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation.

4. Service-Specific Refund Policies

Our services are tailored to meet client needs, and refund eligibility varies by service type:

  • Website Development: Refunds are available only if the project has not progressed beyond the initial planning phase (e.g., within 7 days of payment and before wireframes or coding begins). Once development starts, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed.
  • UI/UX Design: Refunds are available if the initial design concepts are not delivered within the agreed timeline. Once designs are delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
  • E-Commerce Solutions: Refunds are available only if the project has not progressed beyond the setup phase (e.g., within 7 days of payment and before integration of payment gateways or product listings).
  • Digital Marketing: Due to the nature of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., ad spend, content creation), refunds are not available once the campaign has launched. Cancellation requests before launch may be eligible for a partial refund, less any incurred costs.
  • Business Development: Refunds are available only if no deliverables (e.g., reports, strategies) have been provided within the agreed timeline. Once deliverables are provided, no refunds will be issued.

5. Payments Processed Through sparkify.tech

Payments for our services are processed securely through our website at sparkify.tech. The following terms apply to refunds for these transactions:

  • We accept only digital payments, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, and cheques (processed digitally). Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refunded, even if a refund is approved.
  • Failed Transactions: If a payment fails due to technical issues on our end, we will refund the full amount within 5 business days. If the failure is due to user error (e.g., incorrect card details), we are not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor.
  • Chargeback: If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account and withhold services until the dispute is resolved. Unjustified chargebacks may result in additional administrative fees.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a service at any time, subject to the following:

  • If cancellation occurs after work has begun, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance may be refunded, subject to the terms above.
  • Recurring services (e.g., digital marketing subscriptions) can be canceled with 30 days' notice. Refunds for the current billing cycle are not available.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after project milestones have been met or deliverables have been provided.
  • Failure to provide necessary inputs, feedback, or approvals within agreed timelines, resulting in project delays.
  • Services used in full or in part, such as completed digital marketing campaigns or fully developed websites.
  • Third-party fees (e.g., domain registration, hosting fees) incurred on your behalf, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the issue before requesting a refund:

  • We will review your concerns and attempt to resolve them within 7 business days.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a refund, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Disputes not resolved through direct communication may be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Indian law, with jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India.
